Executive Chef James Piccolo joined B&B Hospitality Group in 2008 as part of the opening team at Tarry Lodge in Port Chester. Being raised in an Italian household, he has always had a strong passion for food, as was exposed to a variety of traditional Italian dishes from a young age. He has worked in the culinary industry for over 15 years, gaining invaluable hands-on experience with some of the most respected culinary talents.

As an angler who enjoys spending time out in Montauk, Chef Piccolo is always eager to clean and prepare fresh fish of any kind. When not fishing, he can often be found in his backyard, honing his barbecue skills with his smoker and a slab of brisket.
